    INTRODUCTION

    The Total Homocysteine Fluorescence Biochemical Test Kit of JD Biotech is an in vitro diagnostic assay for quantitative determination of total homocysteine ( tCHY) in Plasma or Serum and can assist diagnosis and treatment of hyperhomocysteinemia.The test is accurate, precise, simple and economic, and can be carried out in a small lab or a doctor's office.The assay is kit is only for in vitro use.

    PRINCIPLE

    The biochemical compound s wavelength is 660nm, the launch wavelengths 710nm. can be tested with OP-162 of Hcy reader of JD Biotech Co., Ltd. and may convert the sample density directly.

    Total Homocysteine ( t HCY ) Fluorescence Biochemical Assay Kit is an enzymatic method which measures total homocysteine in plasma. Bound HCY is reduced to free HCY which then catalyzed by recombinant methionine αγlayse (HCY- Enzyme) to produces H2S. The H2S subsequently reacts with a chromophore and HCY reader of JD OP-162 on Ex660nm/ Em 710nm measures the product. The sample concentration is proportional to the t HCY level. The HCY quantitative linear scope is between 1uM to 60uM of RFU (Related Fluorescence Unit, RFU)
